Brief History
As the youngest of the two Destler, Evald was somewhat spoiled as a boy by his adoring mother until her death in 1795. After the death of his parents when he was just fifteen years old, Evald found himself rather lost in the world with only his elder brother for comfort. Because of this, he became somewhat melancholy in his temprement and people often perceive as a sad sort of individual. Unused to fending for himself, he sometimes finds it difficult to do things on his own and often looks for the help of his brother. He is rather unfortunate in regards to the opposite sex and because of that has failed to marry so far in his life. This is partly because of his shyness and also a lingering affection that he bears for Tobias’ wife, Lily.
Character Personality
As a person, Evald is a timid individual with a quite and somewhat doleful demeanour. He is extremely shy and finds it difficult to speak to people; especially women. He is something of a sheep and tends to follow the crowd in order to fit in. He is wholly dependent on his brother to take care of him.
