Elemental Plot




The Plot



Elemental is the follow-on series from Slayer: The Next Generation. It focuses more so on the characters of Erik, Christine, Brad, Chanti and Ember after Samara’s massive attack in Season 10 of STNG. The series is set fifteen years after the events of STNG, and set during and after the Third World War, and shows the group learning to master their Elemental abilities, while trying to cope with adjusting to a world completely altered by the scars of war.


Season I

Time period: 2035-2036
Where: Paris

A more domestic evil has consumed the world, one which not even the Elementals can combat with: nuclear warfare. When the group are driven underground by a bomb that wipes out all of Paris, and find themselves as fugitives in their own country, how can they cope when death, and destruction is rampant around them?


Season II

Time period:2037-
Where: New York

Forced to run from their home, which has been reduced to a wasteland, the group find themselves cast into the domain of the enemy: New York. There, the war is soon called off but with this rises a new and more purer evil. After the death of Karsten and Samara’s first born son Sid, a demon named Sid takes up residence in his body using it as a means to get himself into the mortal world. Sid is actually the offspring of Samara, and is just as evil as his ill fated mother. He soon lures Ember into his trap, but will she submit to him forever?


Season III

Time period: 2042-
Where: Nouveau- Paris

A new city sits upon the ruins of the old Paris; the empire of Nouveau-Paris. Erik is it's architect and the city is designed as a replica of the lost city of five years previous but in the architect's heart he knows it is merely a shell and that spirit of the city is long dead. And without any legitimate residents (only the aristocratic snobs who live on the outskirts), a new evil descends on the city ready to make it their own- The Grim Angels, Karsten's past allies who were said to have perished in the attack on Asgard almost 3000 years ago. These Grims have a plan - obliterate the human race and take the planet for Asgard. But with the Elementals evolving at an alarming rate, this may not prove so easy. And as if this supernatural evil was not bad enough- the group must come to terms with their understanding of human morality, brought about by the reappearance of some familiar faces of the past.

The question; do they know where their priorities lie?


Season IV

Time period: 2044 -
Where: Nouveau-Paris

Two years have passed since Nouveau-Paris was freed from the clutches of a formidable enemy, and though depleted in resources and technology, the people of the city (including the Elementals) continue towards bringing it back from the ashes. Having decided that leadership is something to be shared, Erik appointed the Board of Governors of St.Cecilias' University as the city council and Roy Mustang as Mayor and life seems to return to relative normality. But when Dr.Erickson discovers an unusual book that keeps changing it's contents in the university library, and Christine begins to suffer from an undiagnosable mental illness, Erik will lose something he can never get back. The question remains as to just how big a part will the arrival of a man called only by 'The Doctor' have in this loss?
